Norwich Castle Museum

As the title suggests the first point of call for my primary research is the Castle Museum Norwich.

Though the museum didn’t have anything on dinosaurs it did have allot of inspiration and reference material. So I started by looking through the natural history section to look at the different animals to see if they had any interesting features and any textures worth taking.

I also looked around the Egyptian, Viking and Medieval exhibits to collect a wide and varied image gallery of inspirational photos.

Here are a couple of examples of the textures I managed to find. (Note I will be going back with an SLR camera to get higher quality texture images, this was just a kinda recon mission.)
